As part of their Unit of Inquiry: How the World Works, our Grade 3 students embarked on an exciting hands-on adventure at Creative Gara, stepping into the role of real carpenters!
Through this immersive experience, they explored forces and simple machines, gaining practical knowledge by building and using them. The highlight of the trip was the woodworking activity, where students eagerly sanded and assembled their very own wooden boats ⛵️—a moment of pride and accomplishment!
It was a memorable journey filled with curiosity, discovery, and hands-on learning!
