The Hanoi Sports League is officially underway, and we kicked things off with thrilling badminton and football matches right here at Westlink!
The first badminton matches of the league featured 4 schools—Westlink, DGS, Brighton, and SIS—competing in both male and female categories. We’re proud to announce that the Westlink girls’ team triumphed in the female matches! This event also made history as the first matches held in our brand-new, state-of-the-art multi-purpose hall at the secondary building.
We also had a thrilling friendly football match between Westlink and Delta, showcasing great skills and teamwork from both sides. A huge well done to all players from all schools!
Beyond the excitement of the games, this inter-school sports competition is about more than just winning. It’s a fantastic platform for students from different international schools to connect, interact, and learn from each other. These matches help promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a sense of unity, creating lasting bonds that go beyond the field and court.
Let’s keep the energy going and look forward to more fantastic games ahead!
