With the theme of exploring art in the Arts subject, Grade 3 students had an exciting field trip to the Hanoi Museum of Fine Arts. Guided by tour guides, the students had the opportunity to admire remarkable artworks spanning from the feudal period to the modern era, gaining a deeper understanding of the unique characteristics of various art forms.
In addition to learning about art and culture, the students participated in a hands-on experience of creating Đông Hồ paintings – a distinctive symbol of Vietnamese folk art recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
This exploring art activity not only bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application but also inspired a passion for discovering and appreciating traditional art. It is hoped that after this trip, the students will continue to enhance their creativity and deepen their understanding of the Arts subject.
