Ms. Hillary is a highly experienced international school educator with 30 years in education, including 17 years as a principal. She is a personable, creative, resilient school leader with experience in mainstream, special and international schools. In her long career in education, she has turned a failing school around through reinventing the curriculum, building a highly skilled workforce and designing a new school building. Hinchliff has a passion for curriculum design and has implemented a systematic and pedagogical change in the schools she has led. She has a Bachelor of Education Honors Degree and Postgraduate qualifications in Special Educational Needs. Hinchliff has achieved the National Professional Qualification for Headship and has recently been honoured to accept a Fellowship with the Chartered College for Teaching in the UK in recognition of her 30 years of service to education.

Grant was born and educated in South Africa before moving to Thailand in 2007. He has a Bachelor of Arts in History and Industrial Sociology, together with the Post Grad Certificate in Education (PGCE), a Master’s in Education from Arizona and is currently completing a Doctorate in Education in Second Language Acquisition Development. Outside of schools, Grant has presented a paper at the 1st Srinkharinwirot University International Conference of Education (2015) on School Cyber Bullying, he has worked with Marshall Cavendish Education in training facilitation of Thai-Government Teachers (2016 & 2017) and has given workshops for Cambridge International for aspiring schools. Grant has also been a sub-examiner and examiner for the IEB (2000 – 2007) as well as the IB (DP) for History (2009 – 2013). Grant strongly believes in nurturing talent in others, both students and teachers, for them to reach their own full potential – potential they may not even know they have. He believes that in any well supported environment, everyone will have the opportunity to succeed.

She has many years managing international programs such as the Australian High School Program, Kind Education's Advanced Level Foundation, and the Oxford International Curriculum program.

She earned an MBA focused in General Management from Troy University and Certificate from Harvard Business Online major in Leading Schools. Working in education for more than 15 years, Trang sees the importance of a strong educational environment and the potential it provided for those having benefit. The impact that a strong education may offer our children is immense. A strong educational environment, with a sound curricula program, assists our children to develop into individuals who are responsible and caring about others and their environment. With her passion, Trang sees her mission is to assist in the creation of schools where children benefit from a solid education with respect, fairness and filled with care from passionate teachers and staff.

Outside of the classroom, Charlaine embraces her life in Hanoi and enjoys a wide range of creative hobbies, including painting, ceramics, photography, sewing, gardening, swimming, and baking. She also loves to explore and immerse herself in the local culture, savoring cuisine and discovering hidden gems in the country she calls home.

Her journey took an international turn when she joined a Westlink International School as the MYP Coordinator, still under the ISP banner. Nella's free time is devoted to her love of travel, often exploring new countries with her family. Dan received his PGCE from Bishop Grosseteste University, UK. Outside of teaching, Mr. Dan finds joy in exploring new destinations in South East Asia and embarking on culinary adventures.
