Roderick is a highly experienced international school educator. He was educated in Australia and has various degrees including a Doctorate of Education. His leadership career has included being Principal/CEO of schools in various states of Australia, as well as the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Vietnam and now in Central America. He has been given life memberships of principal associations in Australia while in Vietnam; he was the convenor of both the Saigon International Schools Network and the Australian International Schools Association. Outside of education, he has been a director of the Australian Chambers of Commerce both in Vietnam and the UAE, and was the Chair of Loreto Vietnam, an NGO that raised funds to provide educational opportunities for children in impoverished communities in the Mekong Delta. His role is to support schools in the wider ISP group become the best they can be.

Grant was born and educated in South Africa before moving to Thailand in 2007. He has a Bachelor of Arts in History and Industrial Sociology, together with the Post Grad Certificate in Education (PGCE), a Master’s in Education from Arizona and is currently completing a Doctorate in Education in Second Language Acquisition Development. Outside of schools, Grant has presented a paper at the 1st Srinkharinwirot University International Conference of Education (2015) on School Cyber Bullying, he has worked with Marshall Cavendish Education in training facilitation of Thai-Government Teachers (2016 & 2017) and has given workshops for Cambridge International for aspiring schools. Grant has also been a sub-examiner and examiner for the IEB (2000 – 2007) as well as the IB (DP) for History (2009 – 2013). Grant strongly believes in nurturing talent in others, both students and teachers, for them to reach their own full potential – potential they may not even know they have. He believes that in any well supported environment, everyone will have the opportunity to succeed.

Daisy grew up in the United Kingdom and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Goldsmiths, University of London. Subsequently, Daisy graduated from the University of Chester with an advanced qualification in Education. Sociology inspired Daisy and has fostered a love of learning about the world around her. This passion led Daisy to Vietnam where she has now lived and worked for five years. Daisy loves Vietnamese culture and cuisine and when she gets the opportunity, she enjoys exploring other cities and provinces Vietnam has to offer. Daisy also enjoys walking, running, photography, cooking, playing board games and spending time with her family, friends and three cats.

Originally from a small town in rural Ontario, Canada, Aislyn graduated with a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Ottawa in June 2014. Since graduating, Aislyn has taught in Canada, Indonesia, and Russia. She has recently completed her Master of Education in Advanced Teaching and will look to apply this learning in her role with WIS. Her proudest moment as an educator arrived through her facilitation of the PYP exhibition, where her students were given the opportunity to demonstrate their significant progress throughout Grade 5. Aislyn’s core teaching values are built upon student-centered methods and global perspectives that align with the needs of the school community. When not at work, Aislyn likes reading, drawing, hiking and snowboarding. Most importantly, Aislyn loves to spend her time with her baby Zoe and her husband Richard.

Sandip was born in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India and at the age of 8 he was adopted and grew up in the North-West of Washington, DC, United States of America. In 2011, Sandip graduated with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Maryland school system. A few years after receiving his BA in Psychology, in 2013, he completed his Masters in Elementary Education K-6 at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia, USA. Sandip has always had a passion for learning and has worked in education for nearly 10 years.

Stephen was born in Glasgow, Scotland and grew up in both Scotland and southeast England. Stephen holds a BA in International Studies from the University of Greenwich, London; a Postgraduate Diploma in European Studies from Glasgow University and went on to train to become a teacher, completing a PGCE at Bishop Grosseteste University, Lincoln, UK. Stephen also spent a year living and studying at Charles University, Prague. He has worked in state primary schools in the UK for over 8 years at an outstanding school and Westlink International School will be his first venture teaching in the international sector. In his spare time, Stephen is a keen traveler. He is also a real film buff, enjoying all sorts of films and theatre, and he is a lover of food and international cuisines.

Alan grew up in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. He studied Education in Port Elizabeth and completed his fourth year in Paarl, Western Cape. He currently holds a Bachelors of Education equivalent majoring in classroom teaching, Physical Education and swimming coaching. He speaks three languages namely English, Xhosa and Afrikaans and has been involved in Education his entire life and has had the privilege to work, teach and administer at seven international schools in Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and now South East Asia. He is passionate about education and enjoys nurturing students’ and watching them develop and reach their full potential.

Suzette Bradfield grew up in the Capital city of South Africa and holds a degree in Music as well as an Honors in music therapy and a post graduate qualification in Higher Education. She has been teaching internationally for 19 years, having taught in Africa, UAE, Jordan, Azerbaijan and now Vietnam. She teaches music at all levels and enjoys school productions, especially when the whole school is involved and on stage. Together with volunteering teachers, she has managed to produce some exceptional performances like ‘Lion King’, ‘Peter Pan’ and most recently, she produced a global performance of ‘Circle of Life’ and ‘Rise Up’ virtually with a number of other schools in South East Asia. She is also passionate about singing, being part of a choir, and playing the piano and cello.

Ana grew up in the Philippines and is bilingual speaking both Tagalog and English. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Teaching Physical Education. Since 2014, she has worked for different educational institutions in the Philippines both in private and public schools as Music, Arts, PE & Health teacher handling primary and secondary level. She also worked abroad in a private international Indian school in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. There, she handled Physical Education and Art classes for Primary to Secondary Level. She was also the PE Department Head and Co-curricular Activities Coordinator in the school. Ana enjoys travelling, volleyball, badminton, organizing events, playing musical instruments, watching movies and spending time with her family.
