Grade 5S embarked on an exciting journey through the unit “How the World Works,” focusing on the impactful central idea: “The consumption of energy impacts the world.” Our young explorers delved into the fascinating world of energy creation from harnessing the power of wind to generating electricity, uncovering the crucial importance of energy conservation and discovering various innovative methods to save energy.
The highlight of our journey was a visit to the Hoa Binh Renewable Hydropower , where students deepened their understanding of renewable energy sources. But their efforts didn’t stop there! They proudly showcased their findings and creations like eye-catching posters to parents during an engaging Gallery Walk last week, spreading awareness and inspiring others to join the movement for a more sustainable world.
